Our Process :
In Home Design Consultation
We will meet with you at your home and discuss your project, design needs and ideas. With your ideas in mind, we will discuss a variety of options such as niches and benches in showers, and tile accents that can be incorporated into your project. We will take measurement’s of your space and provide you with a written estimate.
Upon approval of the estimate, we will schedule a time to meet with us at one of preferred design center and floor covering locations.
Selecting Materials
When we meet up with you at any of our preferred design centers, you can expect to find all the leading tile manufactures such as Florida Tile, Pental, and United Tile. For solid surface countertop options, they carry brands such as Silestone, Cambria and Chroma just to name a few.
We will start with general material selections based off of our earlier conversations, and we will help guide you through your decision making process based off of design and color, while keeping budget in mind. After we have developed a design and material selections, the showroom will provide you with a written estimate for your materials. We do ask that our clients purchase all of their materials direct from the showroom.
Contract Signing
We will meet with you at your home and go over all of the details of your contract. We will review your final plans, tile design, and scheduling. All questions and concerns will be addressed in helping you prepare for your remodel. Down payment is due at the signing of the contract.
Professional InstallationDuring your remodel, the owners of Beaverton Tile and Stone are on site daily to answer any questions that may arise during the process. We take pride and the up most care in protecting your home. Drop clothes are used to protect flooring areas and all measures are taken to keep construction dust to a minimum. Debris is removed and clean up is done on a daily basis. We will treat your home with respect, as if it was our own.
Welcome Home
After the completion of your remodel, we will do a walk through with you and answer any questions that you may have. We will go over maintenance and cleaning tips so your new tile and countertops will look like the day they were installed for year’s to come. Now Sit back, Relax and Enjoy your New Home!
